Ceroc Dance Workshops
The Cerocshop is an intensive training workshop designed to send you ahead of the rest. Whether you are new to Ceroc, new to intermediate classes or reasonably experienced, the Cerocshop is designed to give you a boost. All of the cerocshops we hold are run from 10.30am through to 3.30pm with a one hour break for lunch at 12.30pm. Flat shoes are recommended and changing facilities are available for those who may wish to wear training wear for comfort.The cost of the workshop is still only £28.00 per person and applications can be made by contacting us using the link on the left. Please book early to avoid disappointment, we cancel workshops two weeks in advance if we do not have enough delegates.

The longest workshop we have ever done - a one-off for people who want to try a bit more

A series of small workshops - joined together seamlessly to give the most comprehensive day possible.

The cost of this workshop will be £35.00 for the whole day and includes entrance to the evening's dance.

Techniques and Style

This workshop will cover some basic techniques and style in order to ensure that you are not endangering yourself or others when attempting the more serious moves throughout the day. Too many people start their intermediate and advanced lessons without really grasping the rudiments (it isn't how many beginners moves you know, but whether you are actually doing them correctly).

Advanced moves

Some longer moves, including some with walks (and how not to walk like a duck).

Drops

Some of the nicer and more seductive moves, and how to make a safe execution of the moves look more stylish than some of the ways in which you often see them done.

Lifts

Ladies, you don't have to be tiny, and Guys,You don't have to be strong...

Using the correct techniques you can achieve some great lifts and we will go through several.

Seduction without embaressment

Some really nice looking moves without actually getting as close as they look.
